Grant

With over 30 years of experience, Grant specialises in injury treatment and prevention. A three-time Ironman finisher
and seasoned endurance athlete, he understands the
demands of training and recovery first-hand.

Qualifications Include:
Advanced Pain Management (Dry Needling) – 2012
NZ College of Massage Diploma in Body Therapies – 2000
NZCM Certificate in Massage – 1999
(Sports, Pregnancy, and Lymphatic Drainage)

Debbie

Debbie combines her background in nursing with over 20 years’ experience as a massage therapist. She provides compassionate, tailored care for clients of all ages and fitness levels, including pregnancy and relaxation massage.

Qualifications Include:
NZCM Certificate in Relaxation Massage with Sports – 2006
Diploma in Nursing Studies (NZCN) – 1993
Current First Aid Certificate
